Mysterious Survival

I am not telling you this story to get an opinion on how this happened, nor am I sharing this to get any theory on how I am still walking around. I am sharing this for one reason and one reason alone, and that is “The Universe will always unfold for the good as it should.”

With that being said, let us go to the story. The year was 1992. I was living in Los Angeles County, California. I recently was Honorably discharged from the United States Coast Guard and I was in my car traveling to Monterey, California to take care of a few things. It was late around 12:30 at night when the car lost control after a vehicle was too close to me. I had no control of the vehicle and it curved to the left and my car went over the embankment where it flipped over 6 times or more. I only remember seeing a white light going on and off, which I thought was only the street lamp.

When the car stopped flipping, I was a little disoriented, but I soon realized I was upside down. I kicked out the window and crawled out. As I dusted my pants off, a semi- truck pulled over and a man and a woman ran out of the truck to see if I was alright. I told them I was fine. I had no cuts, no broken bones, no lacerations, and no bruises. I had no injuries of any kind. Shortly after the California Highway Patrol pulled up and I explained there must be a faulty system. The Officer noticed I was sober, and had good clarity so All he did was take down my information. He asked me if I needed medical attention, I said,”No thank you I am fine” His partner asked me how I was walking, Of course me trying to answer the question I said, “ With my own two feet sir.” He said ,” Ok Smart- Ass come here.”

I approached my vehicle where I saw that the driver's side seat was completely pressed up against the steering wheel. I told him, “ I do not know what to tell you sir, I did get out of here.” After the tow truck arrived and picked up what was left of my vehicle, I got to a hotel room and would worry about getting home in the morning.

I have heard all kinds of ridiculous theories, and even though they happen to fit the facts I just presented, it does not change anything. First off we know there is no such thing as the truth, only a perception of reality. Second, it does not matter to me and let me tell you why, I am obviously here for a reason, and that knowledge is what keeps me being who I am. I am obviously here, therefore I wish to just go forward and see how this all plays out.

Remember, you never know the true reasons why something happens at the time, but later on in life, I promise you you will look back and then you will understand.

Curiosity Can stimulate spiritual and mental growth, But always with a lesson.

I am telling you this story because, the world today is full of Hate, violence, negativity, and we as humans cannot support that, or even feed into it. This story takes place when I was enlisted in the United States Coast Guard. By the way if I can laugh at myself feel free to. Laughter introduces Positive endorphins. We need those.

I was an Engineer aboard a Hamilton Class Coast Guard Cutter. In order to understand how the systems work on the ship, we as engineers had to draw out the system. I was tracing the fire main system, which in the event of a fire would activate, and hopefully put it out. I was tracing the system out and drawing it onto paper, when I followed the pipes to the main hallway that led to the Mess-deck, where we ate our meals. Right smack in the center of the piping, was a small valve. It looked out of place.

I asked the Master-Chief, “What does this valve do?” He shrugged and said, “ I don't know look at the schematics in the office.” I went down to the office and pulled the schematics, however, the valve was not there. No one knew why it was there.

For weeks I have tried to get the answer why that valve was there, after all if I am to be able to do my job I need to know how the entire system works. No one in engineering knew.

Finally after six weeks at sea, I have had enough. It was driving me crazy I need to know. While we were all standing in line to get our meal, I reached up and opened the valve. A large stream of water came rushing out of the pipes and completely drenching the entire crew. I was not wet though. It was at this time I realized, Dam this was the manual activation valve. I quickly closed the valve.

After I closed the valve, the only noise you could hear besides the water dripping, was the loud laughter coming from only the females in the unit. There was no male laughter. Actually, it was at that moment I felt the mass of male eyes all on me.

These were not the attention eyes a singer or a performer would want. They were not the attention eyes that any speaker would want. These were the eyes of all the males in line looking at me as if they wanted to separate my head from my body, simply because their uniforms were all wet.

I knew I had to think quick,So I slowly pulled my hand from the valve and looked up with confidence and said, “ What? At least we know what this dam valve does now.”

Please bring back unconditional LOVE for our human beings

I am writing this down, and please read this all slowly and carefully. Our Country has been infiltrated and we must wake...
